(April 14, 2010) – Navistar, Inc., the manufacturer of International® brand commercial trucks, recently honored Roberto “Bob” Swaine, Dealer Principal of Camiones Especiales S.A. de C.V. in Mexico City, Mexico, as the International Truck Dealer of the Year at its 30th Annual Circle of Excellence awards ceremony at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.

Bob is the 10th recipient of this prestigious honor. Navistar annually presents the International Truck Dealer of the Year award to only one of the more than 300 International Truck dealers and distributors throughout the world. The Dealer of the Year must be exceptional in all facets of the truck distribution business, including sales, parts and service. The International Dealer of the Year is also characterized by his or her distinguished level of investment back into the business, including investments in personnel, business processes and facilities.

Additionally, Camiones Especiales built a new state-of-the-art facility in 2009, expanding its market coverage to support the International brand.

Swaine graduated from Menlo College’s School of Business Administration in California and began his professional career in truck sales and management working for Camiones Especiales. The dealership currently has five locations in Mexico City. Swaine has won the Circle of Excellence award eight years in a row.
