Navistar Defense Opens Office in Michigan
New Madison Height location houses more than 180 employees

WARRENVILLE, Ill. (March 21, 2011) Navistar Defense, LLC today held a grand opening for its new location in Madison Heights, Mich. The office is in proximity to the company’s U.S. Army TACOM customer and houses more than 180 employees. Navistar was previously located in Sterling Heights, Mich., until it outgrew the space.

Since receiving its original International® MaxxPro® Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle contract in May 2007, Navistar has emerged as one of the leading providers of MRAP vehicles.
