Griffin Incorporated announces the opening of its West Point Armored Division, where it will manufacture and assemble an armored cab for International Truck and Engine Corporation vehicles for service in Iraq and Afghanistan reconstruction programs. The initial work will fulfill a contract for armored tractor-trailer cabs; however, there is potential for additional contracts for other military and government vehicles.

The facility in West Point will initially employ 175-200 workers with potential growth thereafter.
